Sole engineer embedded with QuEra's research and IT teams: scoped the problem from an open-ended pilot, then built and now operate a self-hosted AI knowledge platform - knowledge graph with multi-agent research workers, MCP access (OAuth 2.0, per-document ACLs), ~120 source connectors behind one ingestion framework, and a citation on every answer.
In production with 200+ employees on document-heavy quantum R&D, including QuEra's work on the DARPA Quantum Benchmarking Initiative. Runs air-gapped on the customer's own Kubernetes - self-hosted inference with GPU autoscaling.
Came in through open source as a short pilot; still on retainer 15+ months later, scope widening each renewal.

Enterprise knowledge platform: citation-backed answers across Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitHub and 80+ sources, on a knowledge graph linking people, decisions and approvals. Every claim traces to source; weak evidence returns a refusal, not a guess.
Runs inside the customer perimeter - VPC, on-premise, or air-gapped - with PII redaction and per-query audit trails. Sold as a 30-day pilot: one team, three integrations, measured on time-to-evidence, citation accuracy, and adoption.
